What is your used car inspection process?
Prior to listing any of our vehicles for sale, our third party mechanics complete a 38 point safety inspection. You may request this at any time.
I have bad credit, can you still get me approved on one of your used cars?
Yes. We offer financing for all types of credit.
How are you able to get me a better deal on a new car than the dealership?
We are licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles as automotive brokers/wholesalers. We sell dozens of cars per month and have developed relationships with our fleet contacts at dealerships who constantly provide us the best pricing that retail clients can never receive. We get paid by the dealerships to sell units, not make gross. The majority of cars we sell are BELOW dealer invoice.
What types of cars do you broker?
We sell ALL makes and models available in the US. From economical cars to luxury cars to exotics, we are more than happy to help you with any type of automobile.
Does my credit have to be excellent?
No. We work with all types of credit and will provide you with many different options based off of your FICO Credit Score.
If I lease a car through Concierge Auto Group, is my car covered under the manufacturer's warranty and can I get my vehicle serviced at a dealership that is closest to me?
Yes! Your vehicle will be covered under all manufacturer warranties and maintenance plans.
Can I trade in my vehicle through Concierge Auto Group?
Absolutely! We are always happy to take in your vehicle as a trade-in.
I am located outside of California, can I still purchase or lease a car through Concierge Auto Group?
Yes, please contact our office and one of our team members will assist you. We are proud to have clients all across the US.
Do I have to go to the DMV to register my vehicle?
No. If you are based in California, we handle all your DMV paperwork for you. Your new car will be registered with the DMV for you and you will receive your license plates and stickers in the mail.
Where do I pick up my new car?
We are conveniently located in Glendale, CA at 925 S. Brand Blvd. Glendale, CA 91204
What if I can’t pick up the car at your office in Glendale or the dealership?
In many cases, one of our team members can, upon your request, deliver the car to your home or work place at no extra charge. Concierge Auto Group is committed to making your automotive purchasing process hassle free and our team members will do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Is there any extra fee associated with the service provided by Concierge Auto Group?
No. We take pride in not having any hidden fees. Before your car is delivered to you, we provide you with your total out of pocket down payment and monthly payment. We do not charge an extra broker service fee on top of the down payment discussed with your broker. You will never have any last second surprises and all the numbers will be exactly as discussed between you and your broker.
